S E N A T E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF "THE OCEAN STATE WORLD LANGUAGE LEARNING COMMISSION" TO STUDY THE IMPACT OF THE STATE'S SCHOOL FUNDING FORMULA ON LANGUAGE LEARNERS

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by Resolution No. 352

passed by the Senate at its January Session, A.D. 2015, and approved June 4, 2015, entitled

"Senate Resolution Creating "The Ocean State World Language Learning Commission" to Study

the Impact of the State's School Funding Formula on Language Learners" is hereby authorized to

continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before May 31, 2016, and

said commission shall expire March 31, 2017; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution

No. 352, passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2015, and approved June 4, 2015, be
