| EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY PESTICIDE CONTROL REGULATIONS |

| RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 338 |
| passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 22, 2017, entitled |
| "Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study Pesticide Control |
| Regulations" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or |
| before March 30, 2018, and said commission shall expire on June 1, 2018; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 338 passed by the |
| Senate at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 22, 2017, be and the same is hereby |
| rescinded. |
