H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N
EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE EFFICACY AND COST OF IMPLEMENTING A RECYCLING PROGRAM FOR ALL MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS, INCLUDING CONDOMINIUM COMPLEXES

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 347
passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 27,
2017, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the
Efficacy and Cost of Implementing a recycling program for all Multi-Family Residential Units,
Including Condominium Complexes" and as amended by resolution No. 183 passed by the House
of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2018, and approved April 11, 2018, entitled "
House Resolution Amending the Membership and Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates
of the Special Legislative Commission to Study the Efficacy and Cost of Implementing a
Recycling Program for All Multi-Family Residential Units, Including Condominium Complexes"
is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or
before April 30, 2019, and said commission shall expire on May 30, 2019; and be it further
     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 344 passed by the
House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2017, and approved June 27, 2017, and as
amended by resolution No. 183 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session,
A.D. 2018, and approved April 11, 2018, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
