S E N A T E   R E S O L U T I O N
EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL SENATE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE EFFECT AND PROCEDURES FOR THE REORGANIZATION OF THE RHODE ISLAND COASTAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (CRMC)

     RESOLVED, That the special Senate commission created by resolution No. 401 passed
by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2019, and approved June 26, 2019, entitled "Senate
Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Effect and Procedures for the
Reorganization of The Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council (CRMC)" and as
amended by resolution No. 54 passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2020, and
approved January 22, 2020, entitled "Senate Resolution Extending the Reporting Date and
Amending the Membership of the Special Senate Commission to Study the Effect and Procedures
for the Reorganization of the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council (CRMC) is
hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the Senate on or before June 1, 2022,
and said commission shall expire on January 3, 2023; and be it further
     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 54 passed by the
Senate at its January session, A.D. 2020, and approved January 22, 2020, be and the same is
hereby rescinded.
