S E N A T E   R E S O L U T I O N
EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING THE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE ADMINISTRATION OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAMS IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 338
passed by the Senate at its January session, A.D. 2021, and approved July 1, 2021, entitled
"Senate Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Review and Make
Recommendations Regarding the Efficient and Effective Administration of Health and Human
Services Programs in the State of Rhode Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and
make a report to the Rhode Island Senate on or before September 1, 2022, and said commission
shall expire on January 1, 2023; and be it further
     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 338 passed by the
Senate at its January session, A.D. 2021, and approved July 1, 2021, be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
