| RESOLVED, That there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not |
| otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2022-2023 the sums stipulated to pay the claims of the |
| following: |

| The sum of $598.00 to pay the claim of John Motta of 30 Carriage Drive Lincoln, RI |
| 02865, for damage to his property when a diseased tree maintained by the Department of |
| Environmental Management located in Lincoln Woods State Park fell onto his chain link fence on |
| or about November 1, 2019. |

| The sum of $2,837.42 to pay the claim of Maribeth Allison of 118 Gold Mine Road, |
| Lincoln, RI 02825, for damages to her vehicle when it was damaged by road paint splatter from a |
| Department of Transportation paint machine while she was traveling West on Route 6 in the |
| Town of Johnston on or about September 12, 2021. |

| hereby authorized and directed to draw upon the general treasurer for said funds. |
