H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N
EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE EFFECTS AND IMPACT THAT HYBRID AND VIRTUAL LEARNING EMPLOYED DURING THE PANDEMIC HAS HAD ON THE ACHIEVEMENT RATES OF CHILDREN IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE

     RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 340
passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2022, and approved June 1,
2022, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Effects
and Impact that Hybrid and Virtual Learning Employed During the Pandemic has had on the
Achievement Rates of Children in Kindergarten through 12th Gradeā€ is hereby authorized to
continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before September 15,
2023; and be it further
     RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 340 passed by the
House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2022, and approved June 1, 2022, be and
the same is hereby rescinded.
