It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows

SECTION 1. {ADD Notwithstanding any provisions of Title 30 entitled "Military Affairs and Defense", the State of Rhode Island shall transfer to the Town of Westerly the real property located at 6 Dixon Street, Westerly, Rhode Island known as The Westerly Armory for one dollar ($1.00). ADD}

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
