It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows

SECTION 1. Chapter 3-8 of the General Laws entitled "Regulation of Sales" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:

{ADD3-8-14. Sale of beverages by bottle. -- ADD} {ADD The department of business regulation shall adopt rules and regulations authorizing the holders of Class B-V licenses issued pursuant to this title to sell aquardiente by the bottle, for consumption on the premises of the license holder because this beverage is generally purchased by the bottle by ethnic tradition. ADD}

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
