It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows
SECTION 1. Chapter 20-14 of the General Laws entitled "Birds" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section:
{ADD 20-14-8.1. Brushneck Cove and Buttonwoods Cove. -- {ADD No person shall take, kill, destroy, or pursue or in any manner molest any wild bird in any season of the year in that part of the city of Warwick known as Brushneck Cove and Buttonwoods Cove or within one hundred (100) yards of the shore or banks of the Brushneck Cove and Buttonwoods Cove. ADD}
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
