H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY DISCRIMINATION AGAINST STUDENTS IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 65 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and effective April 25, 1996, entitled "House Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission to Study Discrimination Against Students in the Public Schools" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 12, 1998; and said commission shall expire on April 12, 1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 65, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and efective April 25, 1996, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
