H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FIRST DEGREE CHILD MOLESTATION AND THIRD DEGREE SEXUAL ASSAULT LAWS AS THEY RELATE TO THE ISSUE OF TEENAGE PREGNANCY

RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 92 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1996 and approved May 1, 1996 entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission to Study the First Degree Child Molestation and Third Degree Sexual Assault Laws As They Related To The Issue Of Teenage Pregnancy" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the house of representatives on or before February 6, 1998 and said commission shall expire on April 6, 1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 92 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1996 and approved May 1, 1996 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
