H O U S E  &NBSPR E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND ALL MATTERS RELATING THERETO AND TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS THEREFOR

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 177 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1996, and effective July 16, 1996 entitled "House Resolution Creating A Special House Commission To Study The Department Of Environmental Management And All Matters Relating Thereto And To Make Recommendations Therefor;" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the house on or before April 23, 1998, and said commission shall expire on June 23, 1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 177 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1996, and effective July 16, 1996, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
