H O U S E   R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY RAIL SERVICE TO SOUTH KINGSTOWN

RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 61 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1996, effective April 23, 1996, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission to Study Rail Service to South Kingstown" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the house of representatives on or before February 10, 1998; and said commission shall expire on April 10, 1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 61, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and effective April 23, 1996, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
