RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 230 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1987, and approved June 25, 1987, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Feasibility of Establishing an Advanced Tuition Payment Plan for the State of Rhode Island" and as amended by resolution No. 164 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 1, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Extending the Reporting Date of the Special Legislative Commission to Study the Feasibility of Establishing an Advanced Tuition Payment Plan for the State of Rhode Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before March 18, 1998, and said commission shall expire on May 18, 1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 230 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1987, and approved June 25, 1987 and as amended by resolution No. 164, passed the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 1, 1995, be and the same are hereby rescinded.
