RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 237 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1988, effective May 31, 1988 entitled "Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission to Study Historical Cemeteries In Rhode Island" as amended by resolution No. 16 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved January 25, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Reinstating the Life of and Extending the Reporting and Expiration Dates of the Special Legislative Commission to Study Historical Cemeteries in Rhode Island" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before May 7, 1998; and said commission shall expire on July 7,1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorization by resolution No. 237, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1988, and effective May 31, 1988 and as amended by resolution No. 16, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995 and approved January 25, 1995, be and the same are hereby rescinded.
