J O I N T   R E S O L U T I O N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO REVIEW, REVISE AND UPDATE LAWS RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSES

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 160 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved June 25, 1996, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Review, Revise and Update Laws Relating to the Administration of Retail Liquor Licenses" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 4, 1998, and said commission shall expire on March 4, 1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 160 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved June 25, 1996, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
