J O I N T  R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION ON RE-INVENTING GOVERNMENT

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 178 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, approved June 8, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission On Re-Inventing Government", and as amended by resolution No. 198 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved July 30, 1996, entitled "Joint Resolution Reinstating The Life Of And Extending The Reporting And Expiration Dates Of The Special Legislative Commission On Re-Inventing Government" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before June 23, 1998; and said commission shall expire on August 23, 1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 178, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 8, 1995 and as amended by resolution No. 198, passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1996, and approved July 30, 1996 be and the same are hereby rescinded.
