S E N A T E   R E S O L U T I O N

REINSTATING THE LIFE AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL SENATE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE LAWS OF THE OWNERSHIP AND TAXATION OF TIME -- SHARE ESTATES IN REAL PROPERTY

RESOLVED, That the special senate commission created by resolution No. 208 passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1996 effective August 1, 1996 entitled "Senate Resolution Creating A Special Senate Commission To Study The Laws Of The Ownership And Taxation Of Time -- Share Estates In Real Property" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the senate on or before February 1, 1998; and said commission shall expire on April 1, 1998; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 208, passed by the senate at its January session, A.D. 1996, and effective August 1, 1996, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
