It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-10-1 of the General Laws in Chapter 11-10 entitled "Crime Against Nature" is hereby amended to read as follows:
11-10-1. Abominable and detestable crime against nature.
-- Every person who shall be convicted of the abominable
and detestable crime against nature, {DEL either with mankind
or DEL} with any beast, shall be imprisoned not exceeding
twenty (20) years nor less than seven (7) years.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
