TO VACATE THE FORFEITURE OR REVOCATION OF THE CHARTERS OF: AETNA MGF. CO., INC. ALBA REALTY, INC. CIRCLE REALTY, INC. GA-REL MFG. COMPANY J & J HARDWARE DISTRIBUTORS, INC. THE LITTLE INN RESTAURANT, INC. MINERAL ENTERPRISES, INC. ORTHOPEDIC WALK-IN CLINIC, INC. POST ROAD LIQUOR MART, INC. PARTNERSHIP VENTURES, INCORPORATED 383 CORP. UNITED APPRAISAL GROUP, INC. WARREN NURSERIES, INC.
It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

and whose charters were revoked on August 12, 1999 for failure to file a "Statement of Change of Registered Office or Registered Agent, or both by the Corporation" shall file said Statement of Change of Registered Office with the Secretary of State, then the revocation of the charters of said corporations shall thereupon be vacated, retroactive to the date of revocation, without penalty and without the filing of a certificate signed by the tax administrator and, thereupon, said corporations shall be entitled to all privileges, benefits and powers and subject to all the same duties and liabilities as though no revocation of its charter had taken place.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
