RELATING TO THE WILLIAM H. HALL LIBRARY

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of an act entitled "An act relating to the William H. Hall Library," passed at the general assembly January session, 1973, is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 1. The William H. Hall Free Library, a corporation incorporated under the provisions of chapter 1925 of the public laws of the State of Rhode Island, October 5, 1920, is hereby authorized and empowered to take, hold, transmit and convey real and personal estate to an amount not exceeding in all ten million dollars ($10,000,000).

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
