RELATING TO TAXATION --
TRI-TOWN ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY COMMITTEE

Introduced By:  Senators Tocco, Igliozzi and Celona Date Introduced:  April 6, 2000

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property in the town of Johnston of Tri-town Economic Opportunity Committee, incorporated on August 17, 1965 as a non-business corporation, shall be exempt from local taxation so long as said property shall be used for the purposes for which said corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
