RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE RHODE ISLAND ATTORNEY GENERAL INVESTIGATE THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF HARVARD PILGRIM HEALTH CARE OF NEW ENGLAND, INC.

Introduced By:  Representatives Garabedian, McNamara, Shavers, Jacquard and Benson Date Introduced:  January 12, 2000

RESOLVED, That the Rhode Island Attorney General investigate the composition of the Board of Directors of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care of New England, Inc., whether or not this board met since incorporation, the number of times this board met, ultimately determining if the Board of Directors of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care of New England, Inc. was an operating board; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized and directed to transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the Rhode Island Attorney General.
