CREATING A SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY ERGONOMICS AND THE FEASIBILITY OF IMPLEMENTING ERGONOMICS' REGULATIONS IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND

RESOLVED, That a special house commission created by resolution No. 181 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved May 4, 1999, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission to Study Ergonomics and the Feasibility of Implementing Ergonomics' Regulations in the State of Rhode Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the house of representatives on or before March 7, 2001, and said commission shall expire on May 7, 2001; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 181 passed by the House at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved May 4, 1999, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
