RESPECTFULLY URGING THE DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS REGULATIONS TO INVESTIGATE THE DRAMATIC INCREASE IN HOME HEATING OIL

RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations hereby respectfully urge the Director of the Department of Business Regulations to look into the dramatic increase in the price of home heating oil to consumers; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized and directed to transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the Director of Department of Business Regulations.
