J  O  I  N  T      R  E  S  O  L  U  T  I  O  N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO INVESTIGATE THE STATUS OF HEALTH CARE AND HMO LIABILITY IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 325 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1999, and effective July 2, 1999 entitled "Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To Investigate The Status Of Health Care And HMO Liability In The State Of Rhode Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before September 26, 2000 and said commission shall expire on November 26, 2000; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 325 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1999, and effective July 2, 1999 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
