REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY ALL ASPECTS OF ORGAN DONATIONS

RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 192 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1998, approved April 23, 1998, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission to Study All Aspects of Organ Donations" and as amended by resolution No. 49 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved February 24, 1999, entitled "House Resolution Extending the Reporting Date of the Special House Commission to Study All Aspects of Organ Donations" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue it's study and make a report to the house of representatives on or before June 1, 2001; and said commission shall expire on September 1, 2001; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 192, passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1998, and approved April 23, 1998 and as amended by resolution No. 49, passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved February 24, 1999, be and the same are hereby rescinded.
