H  O  U  S  E     R  E  S  O  L  U  T  I  O  N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY CONTAMINATION IN THE BARRINGTON RIVER

RESOLVED, That a special house commission created by resolution No. 299 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, approved June 25, 1999, entitled "House Resolution Creating A Special house Commission To Study Contamination In The Barrington River" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue it's study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before November 30, 2000; and said commission shall expire on January 31, 2001; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 299, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved June 25, 1999, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
