H  O  U  S  E     R  E  S  O  L  U  T  I  O  N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISION TO STUDY THE NEED FOR A PERMANENT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

RESOLVED, That a special house commission created by resolution No. 75 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, approved March 11, 1999 entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission To Study the Need For a Permanent Economic Development Committee (and as amended by resolution 254 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved June 9, 1999, entitled "House Resolution Amending a Special House Commission To Study the Need For a Permanent Economic Development Committee" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before June 1, 2001; and said commission shall expire on August 1, 2001; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 75, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999 and approved March 11, 1999 (and as amended by resolution to No. 254, passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999 and approved June 9, 1999, be and the same are hereby rescinded.
