EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE MECHANICS LIENS LAWS AND TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS THEREFOR

RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 288 passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved June 23, 1999, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission to Study the Mechanics Liens Laws and to Make Recommendations Therefor" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the house of representatives on or before May 17, 2001, and said commission shall expire on July 17, 2001; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 288, passed by the house of representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved June 23, 1999, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
