MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NATIONAL WORLD WAR II MEMORIAL IN WASHINGTON, DC

RESOLVED, That the General Assembly shall make an appropriation for the National World War II Memorial in Washington , DC, in honor of the ninety six thousand residents of Rhode Island who served in the Armed Forces of the United States during World War II; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of said sum, or so much thereof as may be from time to time required upon receipt of properly authenticated vouchers.
