H  O  U  S  E     R  E  S  O  L  U  T  I  O  N

REINSTATING THE LIFE OF AND EXTENDING THE REPORTING AND EXPIRATION DATES OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO STUDY ALL ASPECTS OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, AND ALL MATTERS RELATING THERETO, AND TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS THEREFOR

RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 388 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1997, approved June 25, 1997, entitled "House Resolution Creating a Special House Commission to Study all Aspects of the Health Department of the State of Rhode Island and all Matters Relating Thereto and to Make Recommendations Therefor" and as amended by resolution No. 176 passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 1999 and approved April 28, 1999 entitled "House Resolution Extending the Reporting Date of the Special House Commission to Study All Aspects of the Health Department of the State of Rhode Island and All Matters Relating Thereto and to Make Recommendations Therefor" is hereby reinstated and the same members are hereby reappointed, and it is authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before April 26, 2002 and said commission shall expire on June 26, 2002; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting and date of expiration authorized by resolution No. 388 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1997 and approved June 25, 1997 and as amended by resolution No. 176 passed by the House of Representatives at

its January session, A.D. 1999 and approved April 28, 1999 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
