RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTARTION TO EXPEDITE THE INSTALLATION OF GROUND RADAR AT T.F.GREEN AIRPORT

RESOLVED, That this Senate of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations hereby respectfully requests the F.A.A. to expedite the installation of ground radar at the T.F. Green Airport in Warwick in light of recent near collisions at said airport in the last year; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized and directed to transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the director of the Federal Aviation Administration (F.A.A.).
