EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE LICENSING OF PRIVATE DETECTIVES

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 356 passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2000, and effective July 22, 2000, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Licensing of Private Detectives" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before February 13, 2002 and said commission shall expire on April 13, 2002; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 356 passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2000, and effective July 22, 2000, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
