RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING ALL STATE DEPARTMENTS THAT USE ANY RADIO FREQUENCIES IN RHODE ISLAND TO REFRAIN FROM USING PERSONAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS

RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations hereby respectfully requests all state departments that use any radio frequencies in Rhode Island to refrain from using personal social security numbers in their transmissions; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized and directed to transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the director of the department of administration.
