H  O  U  S  E     R  E  S  O  L  U  T  I  O  N

EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL HOUSE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE THE NECESSITY OF LICENSING NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIANS PRACTICING IN RHODE ISLAND

RESOLVED, That the special house commission created by resolution No. 172 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved April 29, 1999 entitled "House Resolution Creating A Special House Commission To Determine The Necessity Of Licensing Naturopathic Physicians Practicing In Rhode Island" and as amended by resolution No. 139 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2000, and approved March 30, 2000 entitled "House Resolution Extending The Reporting Date Of The Special House Commission To Determine The Necessity of Licensing Naturopathic Physicians Practicing In Rhode Island" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the House of Representatives on or before April 29, 2002, and said commission shall expire on June 29, 2002, and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 172 passed by the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 1999, and approved April 29, 1999 and as amended by resolution No. 139, passed the House of Representatives at its January session, A.D. 2000, and approved March 3, 2000 be and the same are hereby rescinded.
