MEMORIALIZING CONGRESS TO PLACE THE GLOBAL RECYCLING FACILITY IN COVENTRY RHODE ISLAND ON THE BROWNSFIELD ACT CLEANUP LIST

RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations hereby memorializes the Congress of the United States to place the Global Recycling facility in the town of Coventry, Rhode Island on the Brownsfield Act Cleanup list; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he hereby is authorized and directed to transmit duly certified copies of this resolution to the members of the Rhode Island delegation to the United States Congress.
