PROCLAIMING MAY 16, 2001 AS "JOHN BOTELHO DAY" IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND

Introduced By:  Representatives Watson and George Date Introduced:   May 16, 2001

RESOLVED, That this House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations hereby declares May 16, 2001, as "John Botelho Day." John is the former Police Chief in East Greenwich as well as Town Council President, and has been a vital part of the East Greenwich community; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Secretary of State be and he is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a duly certified copy of this resolution to John Botelho.
