EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY AN ENHANCED ROLE FOR PROBATION AND PAROLE

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 357, passed by the General Assembly at its January session A.D. 2000, and effective July 22, 2000, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To Study An Enhanced Role For Probation And Parole" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the General Assembly on or before January 15, 2002, and said commission shall expire on March 15, 2002; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 357 passed by the General Assembly at its January session, A.D. 2000, and effective July 22, 2000 is hereby rescinded.
