CONVENING A SPECIAL SESSION OF THE SENATE FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR THE PRESIDENT AND THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOLLOWING THE TERRORIST ATTACKS LAUNCHED AGAINST THE UNITED STATES ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2001

RESOLVED, That the Senate shall convene on Wednesday, September 19, 2001 at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose of expressing the sense of the Senate regarding the terrorist attacks launched against the United States on September 11, 2001, and expressing its support for the President, Congress, and the people of the United States of America.
