AN ACT EXEMPTING FROM TAXATION THE REAL, MIXED AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OF CRANSTON VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS MUSEUM OF MESHANTICUT PARK/OAK LAWN, INC.

It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows:

SECTION 1. All the real, mixed, and personal property to the amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) of the CRANSTON VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS MUSEUM OF MESHANTICUT PARK/OAK LAWN, INC. a non-business corporation, incorporated on April 5, 1995 shall be exempt from all local taxation so long as it shall be used for the purpose for which said corporation was incorporated.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
