HOUSE RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ALLOWING APPEALS TO THE SUPREME COURT OF DECISIONS OF THE APPELLATE COMMISSION OF THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSION

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution no. 159 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective June 4, 1995, entitled "A special legislative commission to study the feasibility of allowing appeals to the Supreme Court of decisions of the Appellate Commission of the Workers' Compensation Commission" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before January 15, 1997, and said commission shall expire on March 15, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution no. 159 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective June 4, 1995 be and the same is hereby rescinded.
