RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 231 passed by the house at its January session, A.D. 1989, and approved July 7, 1989, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To Study The Contributing Pollution In Mount Hope Bay and Make Recommendations Therefor" (and as amended by resolution No. 165 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 1, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Extending The Reporting Date Of The Special Legislative Commission To Study The Contributing Pollution In Mount Hope Bay And Make Recommendations Therefor") is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 25, 1997, and said commission shall expire on April 25, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 231 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1989, and approved July 7, 1989 (and as amended by resolution No. 165, passed the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 1, 1995,) be and the same are hereby rescinded.
