JOINT RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF TRANSFERRING JURISDICTION OVER JUVENILE CORRECTION SERVICES FROM THE DEPARTMENT FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 183 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995 and effective June 7, 1995, entitled "Joint resolution creating a special legislative commission to study the feasibility of transferring jurisdiction over juvenile correction services from the department for children, youth, and families to the department of corrections" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 11, 1997, and said commission shall expire on April 11, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 183 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective June 7, 1995, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
