JOINT RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY POINT SOURCES AND NON-POINT SOURCES CONTRIBUTING POLLUTANT LOADED DEGRADED WATER TO NARRAGANSETT BAY IN THE AREA FROM PAWTUXET VILLAGE TO CONIMICUT POINT IN WARWICK

RESOLVED, That a special legislative commission be and the same is hereby created by resolution No. 211 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective July 5, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission To Study Point Sources and Non-Point Sources Contributing Pollutant Loaded Degraded Water To Narragansett Bay In The Area From Pawtuxet Village To Conimicutt Point In Warwick" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 13, 1997, and said commission shall expire on April 13, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 211 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995 and effective July 5, 1995, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
