RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 208 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective July 5, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Implementation of So-Called 'Optimum Recovery Guidelines' by Health Insurers" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before April 3, 1997, and said commission shall expire on June 3, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 208 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and effective June 5, 1995, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
