RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 197 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 19, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Investigate the Cost and the methods of Disposing of Unused Prescription Medicines" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 11, 1997, and said commission shall expire on April 11, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 197 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 19, 1995, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
