JOINT RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REPORTING DATE OF THE SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A SEAQUARIUM IN THE CITY OF NEWPORT

RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 128 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1993, and approved June 22, 1993 entitled "Joint Resolution Creating a Special Legislative Commission to Study the Feasibility of Establishing a Seaquarium in the City of Newport", and as amended by resolution No. 109 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1994, and effective June 1, 1994, entitled "Joint Resolution Extending the Reporting Date of the Special Legislative Commission to Study the Feasibility of Establishing a Seaquarium in the City of Newport" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before February 1, 1997, and said commission shall expire on April 1, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 128 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1993, and approved June 22, 1993, and as amended by resolution No. 109, passed the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1994, and effective June 1, 1994, be and the same are hereby rescinded.
