RESOLVED, That the special legislative commission created by resolution No. 206 passed by the house at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 30, 1995, entitled "Joint Resolution Creating A Special Legislative Commission To Study Professional Employer Organizations and Temporary Employment Agencies and To Make Recommendations Therefor" is hereby authorized to continue its study and make a report to the general assembly on or before January 9, 1997, and said commission shall expire on April 9, 1997; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the time for reporting authorized by resolution No. 206 passed by the general assembly at its January session, A.D. 1995, and approved June 30, 1995, be and the same is hereby rescinded.
